1. About these terms
By browsing mediaportal.com.br you agree to the rules described here. If you do not agree with any of them, you should not use the site.
The site is maintained by Media Portal Soluções LTDA. The processing of personal data is described in a separate document, the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
2. What this site is
This is a corporate website: it presents Media Portal's solutions, services, cases, and content, and offers ways to get in touch with the company.
The published content is for informational purposes. It is not a commercial proposal, a quote, or a contract: any engagement is made through a separate, individually negotiated document.
3. Permitted use
You may read, consult, and share the site's public content. By using it, you agree not to:
- attempt to access restricted areas, accounts, or data that are not yours;
- use automated means that impair the operation of the site;
- submit through the form any content that is illegal or offensive, or third-party content without authorization;
- reproduce the site's content as if it were your own.
4. Contact form
By filling out the “Contact us” form, you declare that the information is true and that you are entitled to provide it. Submitting the form does not create any obligation for either party to enter into a contract.
We will reply through the channel you choose in the form — email, phone, or WhatsApp. The average response time shown in the form is an estimate, not a guarantee: the actual time depends on the subject.
5. Internal area
The /admin address is restricted to the Media Portal team and the project's client. Access is individual, through each person's email address — with a one-time code sent at sign-in or with the password the person creates themselves — and works only for those already authorized on the access list.
Those who have access are responsible for keeping their own email account and password secure and for not sharing their access with third parties. Access may be revoked at any time by whoever administers the area.
6. Content and trademarks
The texts, images, visual identity, trademarks, and code of this site belong to Media Portal Soluções LTDA or to its licensors. Citing the site with attribution of the source is permitted; copying the content for commercial use is not — for that, request authorization.
Client and partner trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and appear for reference purposes only.
7. Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party websites, such as the official pages of the events Media Portal takes part in and the map of the event venue. What happens on those websites is governed by their own rules and privacy policies, not by these terms.
8. Availability and changes
The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or a failure of a technology provider. The content and the available pages may change at any time, without prior notice.
9. Limitation of liability
The content is published in good faith and carefully reviewed, but it is provided as is. Media Portal is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of what is published here, nor for unavailability caused by third parties. Nothing in this section excludes rights guaranteed by law, including those under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the venue for any dispute is the courts of the judicial district of São Paulo, SP. Questions about this document may be sent to contato@mediaportal.com.br.
